All employees missing in payroll


Description of Issue

All the employees who were in payroll are now missing. 

Context
  • Munis
  • Payroll Start and Status
  • Earnings and Deductions
  • Time Entry
Cause

During the Time Entry move to payroll the Delete option was clicked on the Generate Options prompt and the Time Entry move did not complete.

Resolution

Re-generate the payroll and Move Time Entry again.

  1. Go to Payroll Start and Status. (Payroll>Payroll Processing>Payroll Start and Status)
  2. Click Generate Earnings and Deductions. Define and Execute the generate as usual.
  3. Go to Time Entry. (Payroll>Payroll Processing>Time Entry Processing>Time Entry)
  4. Do the Move to Payroll as usual. Once completed, go back into Earnings and Deductions to confirm the employees are there.
