New hire employee missing in ExecuTime after saving history to previous pay period
Description of Issue
A new hire that was in ExecuTime is now missing in Master File Management after doing a save to their history for the previous pay period to remove the default clock in/out code. Â

Cause
The employee didn't start until the current period so saving for history to the previous pay period populated an end date to their employee_pay_period record.
Resolution
Call Munis Payroll Support.Â
If site is OnPrem (not a SaaS hosted client), technician will need access to the ExecuTime App Server with SQL access.Â
