Position Cubes returns no data

Description of Issue

Our Position Cubes returns no data for display, other Cubes programs are working without issue, what is wrong with Position Cubes?

Context

Munis version 2018.1+
Human Capital Management (HCM)
Position Control
Excel Cubes

Cause

Position Cube's main data is pulled from the pmpsacct table, which is the Budget Detail table. If no data exists in that table, then the cube does not show anything

Resolution

Use table pmpsacct to return data for the Position Control Cubes
We will be improving this functionality under MUN-414132
