All clients have at minimum, a TEST and TRAIN environment of ESS alongside their PRODUCTION environment

Your TEST and TRAIN url is often your PRODUCTION url with the addition of the word test or train before .munisselfservice.com
- For example https://YourCityHere.munisselfservice.com/ becomes
  - https://YourCityHeretest.munisselfservice.com/
  - https://YourCityHeretrain.munisselfservice.com/
