Description of Issue
  • Is there a test ESS? That I can make changes in and see how it will impact the Test Munis?

Cause
  • Organization would like to test functionality in ESS
Resolution
  • All clients have at minimum, a TEST and TRAIN environment of ESS alongside their PRODUCTION environment


  • Your TEST and TRAIN url is often your PRODUCTION url with the addition of the word test or train before .munisselfservice.com 
  • We recommend to reach out internally to your IT department to review
