Data from only certain years showing on Cubes

Description of Issue

When running any type of Cubes (GL, Payroll, Fixed Assets, etc.), data only shows for a certain years, but years before that do not show, even though data exists in Munis for those years.

There is no data available before a certain date. Cubes job is completing successfully.

Can we change the starting year that cubes pulls from?

Cause

This issue occurs when your site's Cubes are set to only report back to a certain year. Data will not show on your Cubes for years prior to this year.

Resolution

SaaS Please contact TSM SaaS Support with a request to update the Cube date range.

Additional Information

Please note that this process will cause Cubes to run slower, as it is trying to pull in more data.

When installed, cubes pulls from the last 5 years automatically.
