Error 256 in payroll on State Tax

Employee has serious error on State Tax no amount is calculating in payroll

• Tax Table

Vacation large payout to employee and the State Tax Table for last row was set to 999,999.99 so it was maxing out

1. Access Payroll>Payroll Setup >Tax Tables (Search for State and Marital Status)
   1. Navigate to the applicable more recent effective dated table.
2. Click on Tax Table on menu
3. Click on Update
4. Tab to last row and enter 9999999.99. 
5. Click Accept. Click Return to  close out of Tax Tables.
6. Open Payroll Start & Status (Payroll>Payroll Processing>Payroll Start and Status)
7. Search for payroll. Click Accept, click Change in the toolbar. Click Earnings and Deductions. 
8. Search for the employee. Click on Withholding tab and click line for deduction 4000. Click Accept. 
9. Delete deduction from employee in payroll
10. Click Add and add the deduction 4000 back to the employee
