Description of Issue

One Monthly employee on Payroll Serious Error Report with Error: S-Tax Table Missing.

Cause

Missing Tax Table for State Code: OH, Local Code: 8003, Pay Period: Monthly, Status: Single.

Resolution

In Payroll> Payroll Setup> Income Tax Setup> Tax Tables, searched on Tax Table for State Code; OH, Local Code: 8003, Pay Period: Biweekly, Tax Marital Status: Single for prior year, clicked Copy, updated Effective Date to Current Year and Pay Period to Monthly, clicked Accept. 

Additional Information

After adding the Monthly Tax Table and Closing the Program, went to Payroll Earnings and Deductions, searched on Employee, on Withholding Tab, deleted and added back Deduction 5532.
