Description of Issue

No employees found within ranges when generating balloon payroll

Context

  • Employee Master
  • Payroll Global Date Change
Cause

Include after date was updated via previous generate attempt.

Resolution
  1. Payroll > Employee Maintenance > Employee Master
    1. Search employee(s) in question
    2. Click Payroll tab and confirm include after date is after the payroll date range
  2. Payroll > Payroll Administration > Payroll Global Date Change
    1. Define. Check Employee Master Table checkbox
    2. Enter new date
    3. Define Employee ranges
    4. Output-post
