Do Not Export Pay Code Flag Not Working

Description of Issue

When do not export is checked on the pay code itself, it is still exporting

Context

Cause

The ExecuTime Application is caching the setting of not being checked.

Resolution

Once the ExecuTime Services are restarted the setting will take affect.

You can test by running a Preview Export under Payroll Functions > Time Balancing > Preview Export
