Description of Issue
The Terms and Conditions backer in ReadyForms for the Purchase Order is showing up as Right Justified even though it is centered in the file that was created.

Cause
Formatting completed within Microsoft Word for the backer and saved as Rich Text Format will not be carried into the Purchase Order Template.
Resolution
The Rich Text file that contains the backer information for the Purchase Order Template in ReadyForms needs to be completed using only Space, Enter, or Tab. Any special formatting (Center Justify) will not be present within the Rich Text File when added to the Purchase Order Template.
- Make sure when creating the file, to use WordPad. Microsoft word will not work properly and it adds odd characters on the background causing processing issues.
- Space, Enter, or Tab should be used.
