Error updating Accrual Summary screen

When updating the Accrual Summary screen to have 1.5 hours under one Reason Code and .5 hours under another Reason Code, I receive an error of:

Error executing prperachio_insert. ID: [Insert 691] Record: [1:060421:2818:0:1:7:05/24/2021:2] Status: -268 [ISAM -2601]

Additional information concerning a status error of -268: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.prperach' with unique index 'prperach1'. The duplicate key value is (1, 060421, 2818, 0, 1, 7, May 24 2021 12:00AM, 2).

The two lines being entered on the Accrual Summary screen were for the same date.

Two lines of pay would need to be entered to reflect the two different Accrual Reason Codes by doing the following:

1. Return from the Accrual Summary screen back to the Payroll Earnings and Deductions screen
2. Select the Pay tab and then click Update
3. Update the line of pay to reflect the hours of one of the Reason Codes and select Accept
4. When the Accrual Summary screen comes up, define the first Reason Code and select Accept
5. Click Add to add in the second line of pay, entering the pay code and number of hours that would apply to the second Reason Code, and select Accept
6. When the Accrual Summary screen comes up, define the second Reason Code and select Accept
