User receives the error, MUNIS Web Service - x Error(s) found in journal voucher

Cause
The Munis GL account setup was incorrect in Incode.
Resolution
The exact reasons for the error can be found in the Munis spool directory.
- Go to Spool Directory (System Administration > Miscellaneous Administration > File Transfer)
- Click Download from Spool Directory
- Double click on the error report file (file name is similar to glwsimpc)
To correct the issue, users can either update the GL Account information in Incode or create the new account in Munis using Account Master
