ExecuTime - unable to update or delete one day for employee

Description of Issue

I am unable to update or delete one day's entry for an employee in ExecuTime. In Supervisor Actions > Employee Time Maintenance, the edit and delete buttons are missing. In Employee Actions > Timesheet Entry, the record is grayed out.

Cause

The employee clocked in on a Friday of the previous pay period and forgot to clock back out.

Resolution
  1. Go to Payroll Functions > Time History
  2. Select the magnifying glass to view the detail records
  3. Select the delete button to remove the entry in question
