Mass Contract Changes and Mass Step Increases did not update Reference Salary

Mass Contract Changes and Mass Step Increases was run and the Reference Salary did not update to match the Annual Salary.

The Employee Job/Salary record that was being updated had an Annual Salary and Reference Salary that did not match before the Mass Contract Changes and Mass Step Increases were run.

When Mass Contract Changes and Mass Step Increases are run, it will only update the Reference Salary if this amount is equal to the Annual Salary on the existing record. If these do not already match and Mass Contract Changes and Mass Step Increases are run, it will not update the Reference Salary.
