Time Entry Import - hours importing incorrectly as an amount

When importing into Time Entry, the quantity of hours being imported is coming into Time Entry as an amount.

• Payroll
• Time Entry
• Pay Master

• The import file had the quantity defined with a lowercase letter of h.
• The Pay Code was defined with Units of Amount instead of Hours

If the Import is incorrect:

1. Open up the file that is being imported
2. Edit the field containing the Unit of Measurement, changing it from h to H
3. Go to Payroll > Payroll Processing > Time Entry Processing > Time Entry
4. Select Import
5. Define the screen and select Accept to try importing the Time Entry batch again
6. Define the Time Entry Batch Information and select Accept

If the Pay Master Units are incorrect:

1. Go to Payroll>Payroll Setup>Pay Master
2. Search for the pay code. Click Accept. 
3. Click Update. Correct the Units to H-Hours. Click Accept.
