Genus II Screen is blank

Description of Issue

Genus II screen is not displaying anything.

Cause

Brightness setting needed to be adjusted

Resolution
  1. At the clock, flip the switch on the back upper left corner of the device to the Offline position
  2. Unplug the power cable and plug it back in to reboot the device
  3. Wait around a minute for the device to boot up
  4. Use the up and down arrow buttons to adjust the brightness
  5. Once screen is visible, flip the switch on the back upper left corner of the device to the Online position
  6. Unplug the power cable and plug it back in to reboot the device
  7. Once booted up, the device should now display correctly
