Backer on Enterprise Forms Template is Right Justified

Description of Issue
The Terms and Conditions backer on the PO Template is showing up as Right Justified even though it is centered in the file that was created.

Cause
Formatting completed within Microsoft Word for the backer and saved as Rich Text Format will not be carried into the Purchase Order Template.
Resolution
Any special formatting (Center Justify) will not be present within the Rich Text File when added to the Template.
- The .rtf file should be created using WordPad. Microsoft word will not work properly and it adds odd characters on the background causing processing issues.
- Only space, Enter, or Tab should be used.
