Signature change for standard Enterprise Forms Template

Need to change, remove, or add a signature to Standard Enterprise Forms (ReadyForms) Template.

Signature of signer is in need of updating, this could be change in signer, addition of another signer, or removal of a signer. These items can also be removed if changing to physically signing the printed forms. 

Follow the outlined steps for properly creating a digital signature file using the documentation here: Signature Digitization for ReadyForms Templates

• To ensure signatures fit appropriately within the given space, signature graphics should be 600 pixels wide by 107 pixels tall.
• Required file type for signature images is .png or .bmp
• Depending of the amount of signature images added to the Template, the Template will auto adjust to print the image on a increased or decreased font size.
  • when using 1 or 2 signatures, the Template will print the signature image on a bigger font.
    • To decrease the font size, the image will need to be created with more blank space around the signature. 
    • To increase the font size, the image will need to be created with less blank space around the image. 
  • when using 3 or more signatures, the Template will auto adjust to fit them all. The guide above can still be valid but it will still be on the smaller font size so all signatures can fit properly.

To add, change or remove signature follow the steps below:

1. From the Tyler Hub menu, navigate to Forms > Enterprise Forms Administration
2. On the side menu, select the program and type of Template you wish to change
3. On the right side of the screen, select the template you wish to change
4. Click on the Forms Design tab:
   1. To add or change the Signature: click on the Signature area then navigate to where the image was saved. Or, drag and drop the image file into the Signature area.
   2. To remove the Signature: click on Clear
5. Click on Save at the lower right side of the screen.
