Highest Degree doesn't pull correctly for TX PEIMS Submission 1

Highest degree field is populated in Employee Master, but PEIMS Staff File Records is not pulling the data into the report.

The Highest Degree codes in Munis were not setup to match the PEIMS Highest Degree code.

1. Create the correct Highest Degree code values in the Miscellaneous Codes program using Code Type HIDG.

     Reference C015 HIGHEST-DEGREE-LEVEL-CODE for a list of valid values.

2. Enter the new codes in the Highest Degree field on the Demographics tab of the Employee Master.
