Prevent employees pulling into balloon payroll

How can I prevent current employees that are flagged as balloon from pulling into my balloon payroll?

• Balloon Payroll

Group of current balloon employees indicated they didn't want to receive a balloon check.

Define the generate screen of your balloon payroll by Location, Group/BU, or Employee Group so that the designed employees are not included in the generate:

1. Access Generate Earnings and Deductions: Payroll > Payroll Processing > Payroll Start and Status > Generate Earnings and Deductions

2. Click Define, and enter a Location, Group/BU, and/or Employee Group

3. Click Accept

Remove the Balloon setting from Employee Job/Salary:

1. Access Employee Job/Salary

2. Search for the desired employee

3. Click Update, click on the Cycles/Other tab, disable the Balloon setting

4. Click Accept
