How to bypass Tyler Hub Onboarding for a single user

Description of Issue

Need to prevent HUB Onboarding from displaying for one user without disabling Onboarding in Administration.



Context

  • Hub Administration



Cause

Tyler Hub Onboarding is enabled, want to configure this particular user's access within HUB without prompting them with onboarding options.



Resolution

  1. Navigate to HUB menu and select Administration.

  2. Select User Maintenance.

  3. Select the desired user.

  4. Under the Onboarding Status drop down, click on Enabled to expand options.

  5. In the drop down change this value to Completed/Skipped.

  6. Click Save to update the changes.
