Does Tyler Identity Citizen support multi-factor authentication?

Cause

TID-Citizen supports multi-factor authentication

Resolution

To enable:

  1. Navigate to the TCP profile at: https://profile.tylerportico.com/portal/profile

  2. Click Privacy Settings on the left hand side

  3. Select Extra verification

  4. Slide the Enable extra verification 

  5. Click Setup for desired authenticator and follow steps to setup 

    • Okta Verify

    • Google Authenticator

    • SMS authentication (text message)

    • E-mail authentication

When enabled, you will receive a one-time code or link as a verification step when signed-in
