Why are SDI subject wages reporting as 0?

Cause

The Wage Plan Code Inclusions range was defined blank to ZZZZ, causing the affected employee to report with Wage Code P - PIT Only. 



Resolution

Correct DE9C define. 

  1. Access CA DE9C report

  2. Select Define and enter quarter and check the shared report definitions

  3. Select Accept

  4. Select Update

  5. Enter just the SDI Wage Code(s) in the Inclusions range

  6. Select Accept

  7. Generate a new report
