Account Detail History Report- Excel export doesn't include a full account option





Description of Issue

Account column not available while exporting the Account Detail History Report to Excel



Context

Account Detail History Report



Cause

Print Full GL account not checked when defining report options. 



Resolution

Munis > Financials > General Ledger Menu > Journal Entry/History > Account Detail History Report 

  1. Click Define

  2. Enter desired account search criteria

  3. Click Accept

  4. Select desired report options. To include the full GL account as an export column, check the box next to Print full GL account

  5. Click Accept

  6. Click Excel

  7. Select all columns that you'd like to output to Excel

    1. Including the option labelled Account will print the full GL account for each line. 

  8. Click Accept
