Unable to delete or merge accounts that are tied to Posted budget projections

• 2019.1 and up

•  Posted  projections do not allow updates to be made

Work ticket MUN-360062 has been created to address the issue

• Because of the added functionality of linking posted budget projections to the BUC journal, we added a status in Define/Start Budget projections

• Once a projection has been posted through the Budget Completion Journal the status will update to  Posted  

• Once  Posted  no more updates can be made to the projection

• This impacts deleting accounts from Account Master and running an Account Merge where those processes require you to delete the account from the projection first.
