Available Accruals balance in Employee Central

Under the Accrual section of Employee Central, the Available amount reflects the Available balance from Employee Accruals (Payroll > Accrual Processing > Employee Accruals).  In order to change the Available balance in Employee Accruals, a user would click History and add earned  or used history records.  See How to add accrual history records.
