Description of Issue

IIS Application Pools crash immediately after they are accessed and will not stay running

Context

Cause

This was due to an update for the Cylance Anti Virus Agent

Resolution

The following exclusions should be added to the Anti Virus exclusion policy assigned to IIS/Web servers in the organization:
