Description of Issue

A vacancy record generates for every filled position and none of the actual vacant positions.

Cause

MUN-423088



Resolution

Install work ticket correction for your Munis Version: 

  • Version 2018.1.29 -  MUN-423276

  • Version 2019.1.22 - MUN-423088

Workaround:  Uncheck the Create Vacant Records option during the Generate and manually create applicable Vacancies Period Records.
