Sales Tax box display in Invoice Entry is incorrect from Pending Invoices - NC Tax

This example is a Contract Progress Payment. Site is NC Tax, and creates a CPP that becomes an Invoice in Invoice Entry. On that Invoice, the gross and net amount differ because tax has been applied. But if you click Sales Tax on the ribbon, the Sales Tax Box pop up does not list any County/State/Food tax. They are all zero dollars.
