Fund out of balance error in grv proof report

We are trying to reverse a journal and there is a fund out of balance error in the proof report. 

• Journal reversal

• gljerevm

• GRV

There is a journal source record that references the expenditure control account.

Having existing journal source records will result in the fund out of balance error

Delete the existing GRV journal source record

MUNIS will automatically reverse the original journal exactly. There should be no journal source records existing for the GRV journal. 

Journal source records are typically set up when a client goes live and should not need to be altered after that time. If assistance is needed with review or updating the Journal source records please contact MUNIS General Ledger Support before making any changes.
