Munis occasionally fails to default Taxable Amount field onto Purchase Order lines with Commodities subject to tax

When entering a PO and flagging the PO line item to "replenish inventory" - Munis will occasionally fail to default the "taxable amount" onto the PO line item, despite the associated commodity code being flagged as "subject to tax".

This is a Munis defect

1. Please Install MUN-424342 from the MIU when available

2. Users can manually update the Taxable Amount field with the applicable value, before saving the line item. The default Taxable Amount is typically the full balance of the PO item (but is not required to be).
