Description of Issue

Not all pages of multipage scan displays when opening TCM from Munis. 



Context

  • Munis

  • Tyler Content Manager

  • TCM

  • Scanner settings



Cause

  • The Blank Page Scanner setting is causing an issue where not all pages are rendering when TCM is opened from Munis.

  • The fix for this issue will be released with TCM patch version 2021.4/+ in January 2022.



Resolution

Until the patch version is available, please turn off the blank page detection scanner setting. 

  1. Open TCM from any Munis program

  2. Click on the cog to the right of the scan button in the command ribbon to open the Scan Settings screen

  3. Deselect box under Auto-Remove Blank Pages

  4. Click OK

  5. Close and re-open TCM to view all pages

If all steps have been verified and the error persists please contact TCM Support.
