DIA Condition - Missing Skill Level Code

Getting a DIA condition for Skill/Certification Level Code > Missing skill level code

• Payroll Miscellaneous Codes

The Payroll Miscellaneous code for 'SKLL - SKILL LEVEL' is being referenced by Employee Skills and Experience records, but the Level Code has since been deleted

• Add the old Skill Level Code back in the Payroll Miscellaneous Codes program under SKLL - SKILL LEVEL

• Use the update option in the DIA to choose a new existing Skill Level Code that will update the code on the existing Employee Skills and Experience record

• With option 1, the Auto Correct can be used after the codes are added back

• We recommend defining the old code with DO NOT USE in the description if it should no longer be used in Employee Skills and Experience

• With option 2, the Updated? check box will become checked and the Apply menu option in the DIA should be run to Apply the changes made
