Description of Issue

Why are UI (unemployment Insurance) subject wages reporting as 0?

Cause

The Wage Plan Code Inclusions range was defined blank to ZZZZ, causing the affected employees to report with Wage Code P - PIT Only, instead of Wage Code A - UI Only.



Resolution

Correct DE9C define. 

  1. Access CA DE9C report

  2. Select the appropriate Shared Report Definitions line with your cursor

  3. Click Update

  4. Enter just the UI Wage Code(s) in the Inclusions range, for example A to A

  5. Select Accept

  6. Generate a new report
