Error when accepting PO Delivery Failure User from help ellipses

After choosing a PO Delivery failure user from the help ellipses in Purchasing Settings, an error will occur when clicking accept:

poPurchasingSettingsAuditsio_insert: execute insert_PurchasingSettingsAudits 15: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'SettingType', table 'muntrain20191.dbo.PurchasingSettingsAudits'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.
