Delete is not permitted- glorgans contains records with this fund

Unable to delete a fund in Chart of Account Segments

Fund shows no accounts in Account Master and no transactions in Account Inquiry.

An error shows at the bottom of the screen: Delete is not permitted- glorgans contains (#) records with this fund.

Chart of Account Segments

At least one Org that includes this fund number still exists.

Any Orgs that include this fund will need to be deleted in Chart of Account Segments before deleting the fund.  

Financials> General Ledger Menu> Set Up Chart of Accounts> Chart of Account Segments

To identify Orgs with this fund:

1. Select Organization Code

2. Accept

3. Click Search

4. Use the Fund dropdown arrow to select the fund

5. Orgs will display

To delete an Org that includes this fund:

1. Select the Org

2. Accept

3. Click Delete
