Contra expense and revenue amounts import budget differently

Importing budget for expense and revenue contra accounts show differently as positive or negative, why?

Work around is to update the incorrect amounts in Next year budget entry or Central budget entry

FOR EXPENSE CONTRA ACCOUNTS:
Negative in the import file: Munis is taking the negative in the import file, adding it to the negative built into the program for expense contra accounts and showing the amount in next year budget entry as positive

Positive in the import file: Munis is taking the negative built into the program for expense contra accounts and imports the amount as negative

FOR REVENUE CONTRA ACCOUNTS:
MUNIS imports the amount from the import file whether positive or negative, directly into MUNIS.
