Description of Issue

  • Flexible Period Report is taking very long to run. For a 6 page report it took 6 minutes to run. 

  • Flexible Period report takes hours to run or times out for certain Objects

Cause




Resolution

  • MUN-422450 has been opened with Development to address performance issues with the Flexible period report. 

  • Work around: Selecting the report option Include auditing entries speeds up processing time. 

  • We are actively investigating the cause. Please report new instances to General Ledger Support.
