Description of Issue

  • Trying to search for fiscal year quarter one (Q1) amounts in Accumulators Report.

  • Does Accumulators Report only reference quarters by calendar year?

Resolution

  • Accumulators will show a frequency of I-Inception and F-Fiscal Year (If Payroll Control Setting is Set to Y-Yes), M-Monthly, Q-Quarterly and Y-Yearly.

  • Monthly and Quarterly Accumulators are based on Calendar Year.

  1. Munis Menu>Human Resources/Payroll>Payroll>Employee History>Accumulators Report 

  2. Click Search. Define applicable fields (Example: looking for an Employee's 2019 accumulators for first quarter of the fiscal year when the fiscal year starts 7/1/19)

  3. Define:

    1.  Employee Number

    2.  Year (2019)

    3. Frequency (Q for Quarterly)

    4. Cycle (3 - for July, August and September)
