Role security access to Employee Job Salary for non-superusers

• End user gets permissions error when trying to access Employee Job/Salary
• How can I give a user security access to Employee Job/Salary?
• User cannot view any records in Employee Job/Salary

• Munis
• RBAC - Role Basis Access Control
• Payroll
• Employee Job/Salary

1. Access Roles (System Administration > Security > Roles), Search for one of the user's Role
2. On the Module View tab, click HR Management / Payroll
3. Set Location maintenance access, Org maintenance access and Pay type maintenance access to Full
4. Click the Category Access tab
5. Set Employee Master Main and Employee Pay to one of the Update/Delete options or Inquiry Only options
6. Close HR Management / Payroll Roles screen and go back to the Roles screen
7. Click the Menu Security tab
8. Check Role Access box for the following menus / programs, Human Capital Management > Payroll > Employee Maintenance > Employee Job/Salary
