Time Entry Import Proof - No permissions pay error

We are getting the following error on the Time Entry Import Proof report when we import a batch:

No Permissions Pay: XXXXXX / XXX

• Munis

• Payroll Processing

• Time Entry Import

The line does import regardless of the error message.  We will be removing this error on the proof report on development work ticket MUN-422790
