Why aren't earnings Generating for one group of employees?

Cause

Deduction defined with excluded pay type



Resolution

  1. Select Generate

  2. Select Update

  3. Select Deductions

  4. Select Delete and remove deduction

  5. Generate a new report and all employees are now generating with earnings.
