How to Remove Accrual Type from ESS View

Description of Issue

I would like to remove an accrual type from being viewed in ESS. How do I do that?



Context

  • Munis

  • Human Capital Management

  • ESS

  • Payroll

  • Payroll Set up

  • Accrual Tables 



Cause




Resolution

  1. Go to Munis>Human Capital Management> Payroll> Payroll Set Up> Accrual Tables

  2. Click Search and Define Accrual Type, Accept

  3. Click on Options Tab, Click Update, in ESS View Type field select drop down, Click Not Visible/Request Not Allowed, Click Accept and Click Accept again



Additional Information

This will stop accrual type from showing in ESS.
