Unable to update include inactive project strings after a creating a project budget package

Include inactive project strings is not updatable after initial creation of the project budget package

Work ticket MUN-423989 is open with development to address the issue

As a work around, if you have project strings that need to be included in the project budget package you can update the status of those strings to Active/Approved and then Master the project budget package 

Project String not showing on Project Budget Package - Project String is not in an Active status
