 In this scenario a user will enter a Payment Entry Default Deposit reference of more than 10 characters, which at first will look fine in modules and reports. However, when pulling the batch into Payments Journal will notice that Munis will only show 10 characters of their Batch Deposit reference. Users should note that this is a display error within the program and has been reported to development for correction. Users should feel safe to proceed accordingly with their postings. If a user is questioning the display issue, support recommends testing the process in a non-live environment.
