Dashboard Favorites and Recent Activity Error Out

Why do my Dashboard Favorites and Recent Activity error out?

• Silverlight Retirement

Since the retirement of Silverlight Applications, the My Favorites has not been updated by individual users to point to new/alternative applications.

1. Sign into Dashboard

2. Select Edit Favorites

3. Expand My Favorites

4. Select the Silverlight Applications in your Favorites menu and either

   1. Click the program to open a pop up window and update the Executable/URL with new application or alternative program

      1. Select Save Favorite  after updating URL to save your changes

   2. Select Delete Favorite the Silverlight Application from your favorites and then Add new application/alternative program back to your favorites

5. Each user will need to perform the update to their favorites as described in one of the two options above

• Silverlight Applications will no longer show in Recent Activity as time progresses with the use of none Silverlight Applications.

• There is no way to update all user updates at once.
