Description of Issue

Flexible period report does not match Account inquiry amounts- Header and detail matches in Account Inquiry 

Context

Flexible Period Report

Cause
  • Account Inquiry includes unposted transactions- Unposted transactions can not be included on the Flexible Period Report 
  • The Flexible Period Report cannot be run for period 99
Resolution
  • In the Account Inquiry detail folder, there is a column for Posted. If any of those journals are showing as N for unposted, they would not pull in on reports run through period 13
  • The YTD Budget Report can be used to report on accounts with unposted transactions by running the report through period 99
  • Once the transactions are posted, they will appear on the Flexible Period Report
