Flexible Period Report doesn't include unposted transactions

Description of Issue

Flexible period report does not match Account inquiry amounts- Header and detail matches in Account Inquiry

Context

Flexible Period Report

Cause

Account Inquiry includes unposted transactions- Unposted transactions can not be included on the Flexible Period Report
The Flexible Period Report cannot be run for period 99

Resolution

In the Account Inquiry detail folder, there is a column for Posted. If any of those journals are showing as N for unposted, they would not pull in on reports run through period 13
The YTD Budget Report can be used to report on accounts with unposted transactions by running the report through period 99
Once the transactions are posted, they will appear on the Flexible Period Report
