DE9C Report is including excess wages for employees that have met SDI limit when Generate Option is Calculate

Description of Issue

Running CA DE9C Report for State Disability Insurance (SDI) with Generate Option Calculate.  Some employees have reached the limit, but are still showing on the report with the excess wages and no withholding.  The report can only include taxable SDI wages.

Cause

By Design.

Resolution

EDD requires you to report "Subject Wages" for UI and SDI. 

As noted in their 2023 California Employer's Guide (DE 44) available online here: https://edd.ca.gov/siteassets/files/pdf_pub_ctr/de44.pdf, "Subject wages are the full amount of wages, regardless of the UI and State Disability Insurance (SDI) taxable wage limits."

The reporting is accurate and no steps are required.
