Error inserting abatement for all records being imported as a flat file through Abatement Import

All records flagged as errors when importing abatements using a flat file format. Error report reads:

When the database tables storing abatement records were changed in Munis version 2017.1 and higher, the Abatement Import program was not also updated. It is attempting to insert into tables that have been deprecated.

Abatements need to be manually entered, rather than imported, until the program defect is corrected. MUN-421469 exists with tax development to address the problem programmatically.
