Lock in Payroll Earnings and Deductions





Description of Issue

When attempting to do a Global Purge of deduction 9999 in Earnings and Deductions in payroll it stopped and said there are locks and now I can't add or update employee records.

Cause

System Lock



Resolution

All users in the payroll should log out of Munis then back in. If message persists, contact Payroll Support.



Additional Information

Self Hosted clients (onPrem) will need to send the technician a GoToAssist from the server with SQL access.
